Reviews

  • Cochin University Law Review : In the present edition of this well-known book, one can see remarkable improvements through expanded treatment and revision and incorporation of all the important world developments in this field. It gives a comprehensive treatment of the carriage laws, which are presented in a simple language. The book is of considerable use not only to students and lawyers, but also to the transport operators and business people as well.

  • Books of this kind are conspicuous by their absence. In sum, this text is exquisite in ideas, excellent in evaluation and worthy to be included in any law library.
