Comparative Federalism

A thorough Study for Post-Graduate Degrees in Political Science and Law, of various Universities on Comparative Federalism, primarily concerning with the judicial interpretation of the provisions of a federal Constitution on a comparative level. A comprehensive and systematic treatise on the subject, particularly, from the standpoint of legal interpretation of the constitutional instruments of federal countries, as distinguished from the theories underlying federalism and their application in the political systems of those countries. The present work deals with the general principles of federalism which underlie the various federal Constitutions of the world. The study is supported by judicial decisions with an object to present the proper legal interpretation of the texts of federal Constitutions as also from the comparative standpoint, so that it may offer a real guide to all countries which are interested in a federal system of polity
