The Weekly Law Reports have been published by the ICLR since 1953. They are the only series of Law Reports to cover cases heard in the House of Lords, Privy Council, the Court of Appeal, all Divisions of the High Court and the relevant decisions of the Ecclesiastical Courts (religious), the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Justice of the European Community.
For those wanting to have authoritative English case law precedents, whether as a practitioner or as a student, reference to The Weekly Law Reports is a must.
The Weekly Law Reports are published in approximately 45-48 parts and designed to be bound in 4 separate volumes at the end of each year.
