The Legal Aspects of Policing

The Legal Aspects of Policing is organized to fully explicate the material in an understandable and comprehensive fashion. The tone is conversational, much like a series of lectures on the various topics covered. There is no other text that presents this information in the manner adopted by the author. Moreover, much of material, although critical, is unique to this text. The book would be a helpful resource for upper level undergraduate students, graduate students, and police academy students. The topics covered include:
