The present study brings out the dimensions of motivation and leadership in Insurance and Banking sectors in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh. Chapter one briefly discusses the various dimensions of motivation and leadership. Chapter two reviews the literature on motivation and leadership and research design. Chapter three shows the amalysis of motivation in select branches of Insurance and Banking sectors. Chapter four analysis the leadership styles followed in Insurance and Banking sectors. Chapter five discusses the subordinates perception of leadership styles of superiors in Insurance and Banking sectors. Chapter six analyses the difference of leadership styles followed in Insurance and Banking sectors. Chapter seven brings out the impact of leadership on motivation in Insurance and Banking sectors. Chapter eight presents the summary of findings and conclusions.
