MANOJ K. SRIVASTWA, is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, Certified Mediator by MCPC, Supreme Court of India, Certified Arbitrator by Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He is a Delhi University Law Graduate (LL.B), registered with Bar Council of Delhi, holds Diplomas in Corporate Laws & Management and International Trade Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, Certificate on Business Communication from British High Commission, New Delhi, participated in a programme on Advocacy Skills by Indo-British Project of the British High Commission prepared under the guidance of Supreme Court judges, Senior advocates and U.K. practicing barristers, successfully completed foundation & intermediate Postal Course of Company Secretary, ordinarily practicing in Constitutional Laws including Service Laws, Criminal Laws and  Contract Laws in the Supreme Court of India in its original and appellate sides for twenty-three years and under pressing demand, has also been appearing in various High Courts and Tribunals in India inter alia High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, P&H High Court, Chandigarh, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, Calcutta High Court, and High Court of Delhi, High Court of Judicature at Patna, National Company Appellate Law Tribunal(NCLAT), Company Law Board(CLB) now rechristened as National Company Law Tribunal(NCLT),National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission(NCDRC), New Delhi and its Circuit Bench at Hyderabad, CESTAT Allahabad, MRTP(now Competition Commission), PF Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal(CAT), got accolades and several Reported judgments to his credit published  in journals such as SCC, SCALE, DLT, Arbitration journals etc, represented Central Governments, State Governments, Public Undertakings and non-governmental, private institutions, multinationals and individual parties, authored  a booklet on “A pocket ready referencer for lawyers of the Supreme Court of India”, he is also a prolific writer on legal issues and penned several articles published in India Legal Live, Journal of Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence (STM Journals) his interview was aired on All India Radio, New Delhi and published in DainikJagran, delivered lectures in universities, appointed as an Expert in Final years LL.B viva-voce examination of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha, University, New Delhi. He is permanent member of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHBA). His interests are law, literature, nature, science, melodious voice songs and people.
