The RaoulWallenberg Institute Compilation of Human Rights Instruments

The selection of instruments in this compilation is based on the experience acquired by staff of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute. All of the texts reproduced are the subject of frequent references in courses, seminars and workshops organized by the Institute. The Instruments chosen are both international and regional. There are treaties and declarations, some of them general and others specific or with specialized contents, and they cover civil, cultural, economic, political, social and solidarity rights. The compilation concludes with an index which should facilitate the use of the various instruments. The index covers both substantive issues and procedural avenues. An attempt has been made, with cross-references, to link identical or similar issues even when different terms are employed.
