Saga of the Three Top Courts of India traces the history and evolution of the Supreme Court of India through an historical exposition on its predecessors commencing from the Privy Council through to the Federal Court and the Constituent Assembly.

The book comprises four parts.

• Part I - gives a short history of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to the extent it exercised jurisdiction over British India,
• Part II - gives a brief history of Federal Court of India,
• Part III - summaries the deliberations of the Constituent Assembly with respect to the judiciary and to ensure a truly independent judiciary in free India, and
• Part IV - gives a brief history of the Supreme Court of India and still counting.
