Labour Law Journal Digest is a comprehensive digest of judgments of the Supreme Court of India and all the High Court’s reported in 4 volumes of the Labour Law Journal for the year 2015-2016. The Labour Law Journal, continuously in print since 1949, is undoubtedly one of the oldest law journals in India and its reputation has deservedly travelled beyond our frontiers. This digest consists of the complete headnotes including short notes, long notes, case annotations and the ratio decidendi of the judgments reported in Labour Law Journal covering all aspects of labour law from October 2015 to September 2016. The topics covered have been arranged in alphabetical order, and cause titles and equivalent citations have been introduced in respect of cases covered in this volume. Case Annotations (case treatment) have been included to help readers understand how a case cited in the judgment has been judicially considered and whether it is a good or bad law.
