About the Author:
Dr. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma has enjoyed a distinguished career in the Indian legal framework. Appointed as a Magistrate at the remarkably young age of 24, she rose to become a Sessions Judge at 35 and was elevated as a permanent Judge of the Delhi High Court in March 2022. Beyond her judicial duties, she is a Fellow of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute (CJEI) in Canada and actively shapes domestic judicial pedagogy.
