About the Authors
Prof. (Dr.) Said Gulyamoy is a Doctor of Sciences (DSc) and Founder of the Department of Cyber Law, Tashkent State University, and an International Arbitrator. A leading expert in cybersecurity law and digital governance, he has authored numerous publications in internationally indexed journals and led pioneering research on AI regulation, blockchain, and cyber legislation in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
