Guide To WTO Appellate Body Reports (Volume 1)

Centre for International Trade Law of the National Law University Odisha is Publishing Guide to WTO Appellate Body Reports in Several Volumes. The first volume contains abridged version of the cases decided between 1996 and 1999 and also Appellate Body Reports on the corresponding disputes relating to compliance with these decisions. The purpose of the series is to provide reports of the WTO Appellate Body to the students, teachers, researchers, and lawyers in a short and easy form. A brief overview at the beginning of each case would help students reading the case for the first time in getting an overall understanding of the case. Graphics given in each case would help the readers understand complex facts and legal issues, serve as a quick reference, and make the reading interesting.
