This is my first attempt in presenting the Code of Civil Procedure in most simple form. The book written by me is for students of Law, Lawyers and Judicial Officers. Every student of Law when approaches the Law of Civil Procedure, he normally finds the subject to be complexed, but this is written in such sequence and manner, that it will become very handy and easy to understand on any aspect of Civil Procedure. I have made attempts to include all leading decisions on different topics. Issues like Jurisdiction, Resjudicata, Pleadings, Interim Order, Appeals and Execution etc. have been explained in simple language with latest case laws.
