VJ Mathew, designated Senior Advocate of the High Court of Kerala, is one of India's leading maritime lawyers with over 43 years of practice before the High Courts, Supreme Court of India, and tribunals. He is Vice President of the Indian Maritime Law Associa tion, former Chairman of the Kerala Maritime Board, and Professor of Practice at Gujarat Maritime University. This book draws on his vast experience in maritime law and examines the impact of Al on global shipping The work was ably assisted by Adv.Agustho Norbert, a young and budding lawyer, under the guidance of VJ Mathew.
