The Law of Education

Widely acknowledged as the leading authority on education law in England and Wales, The Law of Education provides solicitors, barristers and all those working within educational establishments and local authorities with access to all the materials relevant to education law and policy, accompanied by explanatory commentary. It includes the relevant statutes, statutory instruments, cases, guidance and codes, extensively cross-referenced and annotated.
