The Handbook on Domestic Arbitration in India

The book authored by Aman Vijay Dutta (Advocate) and published by Hind Law House, is a first of its kind detailed step by step commentary on Domestic Arbitration in India. It covers the life cycle of a Domestic arbitration -stage by stage- in a chapter wise manner; and is exclusively focused on Part - I of the Act.

The scheme of arrangement of the book is intended to assist a practitioner by providing a check list of substantive and procedural issues that are to be kept in mind during a domestic Indian Arbitration. In his foreword, Justice P.S. Narasimha described the book as "an indispensable guide for legal practitioners, highlighting the author's dedication to simplifying the arbitration process.
