The NLUO Law Journal [NLUOLJ] is the flagship publication of the National Law University Odisha. It aims at encouraging legal writing and scholarship across the country. An annual peer-reviewed journal, the primary aim of the journal is to encourage research in national and international inter-disciplinary legal issues with an empirical focus.
NLUO Law Journal was the first peer-reviewed journal of National Law University Odisha started in 2013. After the first volume in 2013, three consecutive volumes of the journal were formulated as special issues on ‘Access to Justice’, ‘Child Rights’ and ‘Climate Change’. All the three editions focused on topics of substantial contemporary relevance and provided an excellent repository of scholarship in those areas. The fifth and the latest volume is an open theme which has discussions without any topical restriction.
All students, researchers, academicians and legal professionals are invited to send their unpublished original contributions. Submissions to the journal may be sent in the form of unpublished original writings such as long articles, short articles, case comments, legislative comments or book reviews.
