Dr. Parineeta Goswami is an Assistant Professor of Law at UPES, Dehradun, specializing in Corporate Law, Banking Law, Insurance Law, and Insolvency Law. She has over five years of experience in academia. She holds a Ph.D. from RGNUL and has been awarded the JRF by the UGC.
