International Company and Commercial Law Review provides corporate and commercial lawyers with timely and topical analysis on recent developments in international company and commercial law.Containing articles, analyses, book reviews and a news section with contributions from over 3 country correspondents from around the world, ICCLR presents a forum in which current international issues are considered and analysed by leading practitioners and academics.CONTRIBUTOR INFORMATIONICCLR is a monthly international journal providing topical analysis on the latest developments in international company and commercial law. Featuring in-depth articles on major topics of interest; analyses on the latest developments in case law and legislation and a comprehensive international news section, ICCLR provides the busy practitioner and academic with essential information in this fast-moving field of law. We welcome contributions for consideration by the Editorial Board with a view to publication. All contributions must be in English and contributors should supply his or her full contact details, including an email address, for further correspondence. Please also include an abstract of no more than 5 words describing the contents of the contribution. This abstract will appear on the contents page of ICCLR. The authors of accepted contributions will receive two complimentary copies of the journal in which their paper appears.Contributions are welcome under one of the following headings:OpinionsIn the style of an editorial, the Opinion is a â??punchyâ? and topical piece often expressing a radical or controversial point of view which aims to stimulate debate. Opinions are around 2,5-3,5 words in length.ArticlesArticles should analyse a major, current theme of international interest that is timely and topical. Articles shouldaim to discuss a subject in both a practical and reflective manner. Comparison with other jurisdictions should be added where possible and appropriate. In length, articles should be between 3,5-6, words, though shorter or longer contributions may be considered. Method of submission. Either One copy of the manuscript should be provided on A4 paper, clearly typed on one side of the page only, paginated, double-spaced (including footnotes), and accompanied by a copy on disk, preferably in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect format;OrThe contribution should be sent as an email attachment in Microsoft Word or WordPerfect format, together with the contributors full mailing address.Footnotes should be kept to a minimum and numbered consecutively from 1 onwards. Cases and statutes, etc., should be cited accurately and in the correct format, preferably in the footnotes.Submission of a paper will be held to imply that it contains original unpublished work. Please note that it is the responsibility of the author(s) of each paper to collect any permissions and acknowledgements necessary for the paper to be published prior to submission.Contributions will be refereed anonymously and be accepted entirely at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
