1. Mode of shipment:
- For Subscriptions to all journals, such as Supreme Court Cases, shipping charges are included, please choose shipping via standard registered surface mail.
- Registered Post Delivery is the normal delivery mode, unless specified otherwise while placing the order.
- For speedy delivery, air courier is recommended.
- Shipping charges for orders to be delivered by Free Shipping via Courier within India are waived for orders over Rs. 500.
- Cash Against Delivery (V.P.P.): For all orders via V.P.P. full payment plus postage and V.P.P. charges levied by the
post office is to be made to the postman on delivery.
- Shipping via standard registered surface mail to all international destinations can take between 2 to 3 months for delivery. Air mail/air courier is recommended.
2. Order processing:
- Payment: Only after payment is cleared will the items be shipped. If payment method is banker's cheque please
allow about 10 days for outstation cheque clearance.
- Shipping: We usually ship goods within 2
business days for in stock items after clearance of the payment.
However, this does not include weekends or holidays. Normally
an e-mail message will be sent notifying you when an item is delayed beyond
the time represented.
3. Order status:
Please quote the invoice number while enquiring about the status of your order. Feel free to contact us at:

4. Out of stock policy:
In the event an item you have ordered is sold out we will notify you promptly.
5. Cancelled orders:
To cancel your order please contact us at the following e-mail address:
webstore@ebc-india.com. However please
note that orders must be cancelled before the items have been despatched at our end.
6. Trade orders:
For trade orders please contact us at: trade@ebc-india.com. Free delivery is not valid on trade orders.
7. Returns or refunds:
- All items are thoroughly checked prior to despatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use.
- In case of any missing pages or defect in binding, the Company will be liable only to replace the item.
Please send a copy of the original invoice or your invoice no. alongwith the damaged book to
facilitate replacement.
- All returns must be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods.
- We will not be responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.

8. Non receipt of goods:
In case of non-receipt of goods please contact us within 15 days of the e-mail confirming
the despatch of your order.
9. Complaints:
Should you have cause to complain about our service or merchandise we will try to respond immediately.
