4. Law, Development And Socio-Economic Policy (Challenges in the 21st Century India)

Law, Development and Socio-Economic and Policy Challenges in 21st Century India, is a collection of essays on topics that are hotly- debated across the world, that are areas of concern for most countries and that touch individual lives at some level or the other. These scholarly papers emphasize that law is interdisciplinary and is needed to address issues in the field of environment, international relations, science and technology, gender, banking and economy. The idea behind this compilation of essays is to highlight issues and to explore them in a legal perspective.
