An updated biostratigraphy of Mesozoic sediments based on study of Key Wells-Ramachandrapuram-A, Mahendravada-A, Endamuru-A, Draksharma-A, Narasapur-A and Mori-A has been established data on plaeoenvironment and relative changes in sea-level based on marine/terrestrial Palynofossi Groups, Dinocyst Peaks integrated with Sedimentological and well log interpretation data helped in building sequence biostratigraphy.
