Reports of Patent, Design and Trade Mark Cases [Print]

Published continuously since 1884, the Reports of Patent, Design and Trade Mark Cases (RPCs) remain the leading full-text law reports in intellectual property. They are published on behalf of the Intellectual Property Office as required by s.123(7) of the Patents Act 1977.

Containing the definitive text of carefully selected key decisions and judgments, along with expert headnotes written by Mary Vitoria QC, the RPCs are an essential part of the toolkit of solicitors, barristers, judiciary, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys.

Selectivity

Each case is accompanied by a headnote provided by Mary Vitoria QC, Editor of the RPCs.
