Responsibility of International Organisations towards other International Organisations

The Responsibility of International Organisations towards Other International Organisations: Law and Practice of the United Nations, the World Bank, the European Union (EU) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), offers a legal framework and detailed analysis on the practice of implementation of obligations between international organisations. This is first ever a comprehensive study focussing on the empirical analysis of relations between the UN, the World Bank, the IAEA and the EU in the context of the responsibility of international organisations.
